  • Strengthening the position of the “Hyatt Regency” Hotel and “Excelsior Hotel” in Belgrade, in the growing tourist market of the Balkans.
  • The completion of the conversion of the leased building on Zalokosta Street in the center of Athens, into luxury suites and their operation with the most modern means to meet the needs of the modern traveler.
  • The extended renovation of the leased hotel complex Elatos Resort & SPA in the prefecture of Fokida and its conversion into a luxurious leisure and wellness tourism complex.
  • Offering competitive services in the Luxury Hotel sector for the four main hotel units.
  • Extending the portfolio of services provided with innovative, quality hospitality programs.
  • Strengthening ties with an extensive network of strategic partners (companies, airlines, travel agencies etc.).
